Aromatic and fresh – this 100% Falanghina shines with exotic fruit on the nose and balanced character on the palate.
This pure Falanghina comes from southeast-facing vineyards at 250–350 m altitude, rooted in clay-limestone and sandstone soils. Vinified “in white” without skin contact, the wine ferments with native yeasts for around 25 days.
After gentle pressing, it matures for 3 months in stainless steel and a further 2 months in bottle.
The nose reveals exotic ripe fruits with persistent floral notes. On the palate: dry, soft and aromatic, with fresh acidity and a clean finish.
