Benepop Vol. 2 is a bold, honest answer to commercial fizzy reds. Crafted from Aglianico and Sciascinoso, grown on southeast-facing, nutrient-poor soils at 300–350 m altitude.
Early hand-harvested to retain freshness, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a second fermentation in bottle – with no disgorging, no dosage, no filtration. The fine lees are left in the bottle, allowing guests to pour it clear or shake it for full texture.
In the glass: light red, fruity, slightly tannic and aromatic.
