Whole green olives preserved in a finely balanced brine with controlled acidity. Perfect for aperitifs, starters, pizzas and focaccia.

Ingredients:

Green olives, water, salt. Acidity regulators: citric acid; antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid; firming agent: calcium chloride.

Storage:

Pasteurized product without preservatives. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Shelf life: up to 36 months from production date if properly stored.
