Flame-Roasted Peppers

Harvested Italian peppers, flame-roasted the same day and preserved with garlic and mint.

Ingredients:

Roasted peppers 85%, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, mint.

Acidity regulator: citric acid.

Firming agent: calcium chloride (E509).

 

Storage Instructions:

Pasteurized product, without preservatives.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
