Italian peppers harvested, flame-roasted the same day and preserved in water and salt.

Ingredients: Roasted peppers 80%, water, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Firming agent: calcium chloride (E509).

Note: Pasteurized product. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3–4 days.
