Naturally cloudy Pet-Nat from Fiano & Falanghina – fruity, tannic and expressive with an orange hue.
Benepop Vol. 1 is a natural sparkling wine made from Fiano and Falanghina, grown at 300–350 m altitude with southeast exposure on clay-limestone soils.
After gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel using native yeasts. The second fermentation happens in the bottle – without dosage, fining or filtration. The wine ages in steel and glass, with fine lees left intentionally in the bottle.
In the glass: orange-yellow and naturally hazy. On the palate: fruity, slightly tannic and aromatic – a lively, textured Pet-Nat.
