Orange-style natural wine from Coda di Volpe – unfiltered, skin-fermented and fruit-driven with depth.
Coda di Volpe (literally “fox’s tail”, named after the grape bunch shape) is an ancient Campanian variety. This natural wine is crafted with minimal intervention: the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented spontaneously with native yeasts on the skins for 8 days. After gentle pressing, the juice ferments and ages in stainless steel, and is bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve its purity.
The skin contact gives the wine its orange hue. On the nose: ripe fruit aromas, expressive and bold. On the palate: fresh, textured and vivid.
